Unlimited Graphic Design means never having to pay by the hour, per project, or for overtime. On our Unlimited plans, clients may submit unlimited requests into the task queue.   • What does unlimited graphic design mean?
    Unlimited Graphic Design means never having to pay by the hour, per project, or for overtime. On our Unlimited plans, clients may submit unlimited requests into the task queue. Clients can also make unlimited revision requests without having to pay more. In our Unlimited plans, the design team at Graphics Forward can work on up to three requests per client at one time, and up to four for clients on the Develop plan. Turnaround time varies based on the complexity of the request. After three requests (or four for the Develop plan), additional requests are added to the queue until our design team is working on fewer than three/four requests.
  • How many designs can I get in a month?
    We work quickly and efficiently, and the amount of design requests you can make in a month is unlimited. The amount of designs possible to create in a month will rely on the client's responsiveness and the level of complication of the project.
  • What's your turnaround time?
    Delivery of the first draft of a project ranges from 1-4 business days, while most revisions take from 1-2 business days to complete, excluding US federal holidays. More complicated projects may require more time to draft. Let us know if you need your designs sooner, as we may be able to squeeze it in.
  • What types of files will you provide for my project? Do I get source files?
    We can produce any file type to fit your needs, and you'll always get to keep the source files.
  • What happens if I don't like my design?
    With an unlimited plan, you're entitled to unlimited revisions. We'll work with you until we get it exactly right!
  • How do revisions work?
    Clients can leave feedback in the members section of the website, or they may call, text, or email their Team Leader.
  • What are your hours of operation?
    We're open 9-5pm MT, Monday through Friday. If you need us outside of business hours, feel free to email your team leader anytime.
